Culture Check

The most common reasons we used to hear from employees for leaving an organization are because of leaders or compensation. From our trending terms like the the great resignation or quiet quitting, we are learning that it’s more than just that. An MIT Sloan Management Review shows that “a toxic corporate culture is by far the strongest predictor of industry attribution and is 10 times more important than compensation in predicting turnover.”
